Warranty Extended to 1 Year

We know how some of your shops work; rather than send back each individual defective part as you get them, you collect them in a box until that box is full. By the time this happens, you’re not sure what order your part came from or if you can even send them back given how long they’ve been sitting in that box. Back in our repair shop days, we came across this problem frequently.

At our most recent brainstorming session, we thought of things we used to want from our providers. Quality parts? Check! Smoother RMA process? Check! Top notch customer service? Check! Longer warranty? Wait a second.. Shouldn’t that go hand in hand with RMA’s? WHY DIDN’T WE THINK OF THIS SOONER?!

That being said, we are excited to introduce our new 1 Year Warranty on all iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Samsung Galaxy parts.

Now you can handle your returns as you’d like without the stress of a clock ticking.  RMAs are part of the business, but they should be the least of your worries.
