Ways to Optimize Your Returns Experience

Providing top quality parts is one of our main goals here at ReVamp Wholesale. Despite our efforts, defective parts are an unfortunate part of the industry. Because of that we want to make sure returning a part to us is as quick and painless as humanly possible. Below, we’ve outlined a couple tips to help you ensure your return is processed correctly and efficiently.

Fill out an RMA online.

The best way to ensure your return is getting processed efficiently is to fill out an RMA online before you send it. This way, we’ll have a paper trail of your return being sent. Thanks to your feedback, we’ve made the process really easy so you can spend less time worrying about your return and more time running your shop.

Be as detailed as you can in regards to the defect.

Providing a detailed explanation as to what’s wrong with your part will help us relay to our factory the kinds of issues our customers have been experiencing. In doing so, this will help us minimize the likelihood of you getting the same defect.

Put the RMA number on the box.

After you’ve filled out an RMA, your RMA will be assigned a number. Buy putting that number on the box, our team will automatically know that it’s your return without having to research any additional information.

Update your RMA with the tracking information.

Uploading the tracking information to your RMA’s page will help locate it should it get delayed in transit. In the rare event processing your RMA takes anymore than 48 hours, it will also be another way for our returns department to identify your package.

Build your credit, but also use your credit.

Unfortunately, your RMA credit does expire after 6 months, so while we understand wanting to save it and use it towards a larger order, we’d hate for you to lose it! Be sure to use your return credit in a timely fashion so your points don’t expire.
